I ran out of superlatives for GTS a long time ago - we will never use anyone else for any home projects; they are the best. Twice, Gene Sandoval and his crew completed poorly/incompletely done projects (i.e., a patio & a guest bathroom) started by other contractors and results after GTS took over were perfect. The most recent project GTS did for us was a complete remodel of our master bath. This was a major undertaking, we doubled the size of the master bath and completely renovated the space. Lots of things could have gone wrong (i.e., plumbing, electrical, structural, tile work, painting, etc.) but it went very smoothly. GTS comes when they say they will, they do top quality work, and they can always be reached for questions - and I cannot over state the importance of good communication, lots of little decisions needed to be made as a project progresses - colors, placement of fixtures, structural changes, cabinets... and yet GTS was always there guiding us and making sure, absolutely sure, that at every phase we were happy with their work. You simply will not find better quality construction company. I recommend them without any reservations.
